When I began my journey as a trainer, I discovered incredible exercises, stretches, and techniques that significantly enhanced my life. It made me question why this knowledge isn’t readily available to everyone. Why aren't these techniques taught to us in school. That's why I'm here—to bridge that gap and share the wisdom I've gained in one accessible place. You shouldn’t have to be rich to afford a personal trainer—or to learn how to exercise the right way. Fitness is a right, not a luxury. Think of this program as a school to learn the skills you need for lasting well-being and fitness. Simply put, learn how to Train For Life.

Two events changed everything in my life. The first when I was 22, I got a severe throat infection that landed me in the hospital. I KNEW when I was sitting in that hospital bed with tubes in my arms, that I did it to myself. Eating too much junk food, partying too much, staying up late, I knew I was not living a healthy lifestyle.

It was the worst and best thing that ever happened to me. I knew something had to change. As soon as I got out, I began my health journey. First thing I realized, I knew nothing about eating healthy or where to start. Thank god for Youtube or Youtube University as I like to call it. I researched, watched nutrition videos, read articles, listened to podcasts, experimented with different diets—and most importantly, I opened myself up to learning. I let go of my closed-minded approach to new information, which I now see as one of the biggest obstacles holding people back.

The second event was the onset of chronic back and knee pain. I grew up in Miami Beach, playing sports my whole life. Around 23, I started to experience in severe back and knee pain. Just like everyone else I would just push through the pain. Eventually I couldn't run more than 5 minutes before feeling debilitating knee pain. I would wake up every morning with my ankles and knees cracking. I had to take a hot shower in the morning just to be able to stand up straight. I was 23 but felt like I was 73. I didn't understand what was happening to my body. Then a friend of mine inspired me to give Personal Training a try. I started school and right away became fascinated with learning how to fix my body. Luckily I had a great instructor who taught me the importance of foam rolling and stretching. After that, I became obsessed with learning how to fix my body. Once I became pain-free, I asked myself "What else can I fix?". I began learning how to train pain-free and focused on proper technique. I dove into nutrition—learning how to cook and eat in a way that fuels healing and strength. I haven’t looked back since. Now, I’ve taken everything I’ve learned and built it into this app. If I was able to heal and rebuild my body, I know I can help you do the same.
