Our Mission

When I began my journey as a trainer, I discovered incredible exercises, stretches, and techniques that significantly enhanced my life. It made me question why this knowledge isn’t readily available to everyone. Why aren't these techniques taught to us in school. That's why I'm here—to bridge that gap and share the wisdom I've gained in one accessible place. You shouldn’t have to be rich to afford a personal trainer—or to learn how to exercise the right way. Fitness is a right, not a luxury. Think of this program as a school to learn the skills you need for lasting well-being and fitness. Simply put, learn how to Train For Life.

Two events completely changed the course of my life.

The first happened when I was 22. A severe throat infection landed me in the hospital with tubes in my arms. Lying there, I knew I had done it to myself. Years of late nights, junk food, and partying had finally caught up to me. It was the worst experience of my life, but also the best wake-up call I could have received. I knew something had to change.

When I got out of the hospital, I began my health journey. The problem was, I had no idea where to start. I didn’t know the first thing about eating healthy. That’s when I turned to what I now call “YouTube University.” I spent hours watching nutrition videos, listening to podcasts, reading articles, and experimenting with different diets. The biggest shift wasn’t just learning new information—it was letting go of my closed-minded attitude. I realized one of the biggest things holding me back was thinking I already knew the answers. Once I opened myself up to learning, everything started to change.

At 23, years of sports caught up to me and I was hit with severe back and knee pain. I could barely run, woke up stiff every morning, and felt decades older than I was. A friend suggested personal training, and from my first class I was hooked. I learned the basics—foam rolling, stretching, proper technique—and realized pain wasn’t something I had to live with. I could fix my body.

That discovery became an obsession. I studied movement, nutrition, and recovery, testing everything on myself until I became pain-free. From there, I asked: What else can I fix? That question drove me to rebuild my body—stronger, healthier, and more resilient than ever.

Now, everything I’ve learned is built into this app. It’s not just workouts—it’s the exact process I used to heal and transform my life. If I could do it, I know I can help you do the same.

My health journey began in 2016 when I became a nurse and was first introduced to fitness through CrossFit. From day one, I was hooked—it awakened the athlete in me. Growing up, I didn’t play many sports, but when I joined JROTC I discovered I had a natural talent for obstacle courses.

Years later, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, which pushed me toward a more natural way of living and eating. I became deeply interested in what an optimal diet looks like and how the body can heal naturally. Today, I’m proud to say I have my autoimmune condition under control.

As an ER nurse, I see firsthand how many patients come in with preventable metabolic diseases. That experience has fueled my passion to lead by example and to educate others on the power of preventative care and lifestyle changes.
